The margin problem

The margin problem with content retainers

Content retainers are sold by the article and delivered by the hour, which is why they are the first thing to slip when a month gets busy. Freelancers need briefings, briefings need account managers, and the client sees the delay.

Skriva moves the writing to a pipeline your team reviews. Each client keeps their own voice, their own subjects and their own CMS connection, and the work that stays is the part clients actually pay you for: judgement, editing and strategy.

How it works

From a subject to a published article

Four passes, every one of them visible in your workspace.

1

Research

Skriva picks the subject from your Search Console data, the web, or your own ideas, skips everything your site already covers, and reads up on it before writing a word.

Write

A multi-pass draft in your brand voice, structured the way answer engines quote: a direct answer under each question heading, sourced statistics, no filler.

3

Fact-check

Every claim is verified against sources before the article reaches you, and those sources ride along with the draft.

Score and publish

Each draft gets an AI-readiness score and a check on machine-sounding phrasing. You approve, and it publishes to your own CMS.

FAQ

Questions

Can I white-label it?+

Not today. Skriva is your production tool; what your client sees are the articles on their own site and the reports you send.

Who owns the connection to the client CMS?+

You do. Credentials are stored per site and encrypted, and switching a client to another destination leaves the old connection intact.

How does the trial work?+

You get 14 days to try the full workflow. What the trial allows is listed with the plans; your plan quota unlocks the moment the trial converts. A card is required up front; cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.

What counts as an article?+

Every article the pipeline writes, including drafts you discard and regenerations of an existing article. A regeneration runs the whole writing pipeline again, so it costs the same as a new article.

Try it on your own site for 14 days

Connect a site, approve your first articles this week, and decide from the work itself. A card is required; cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
